If you are looking for an honest, amazing company look no further than Pink Plumbing.  I too was looking for a plumber earlier this week and took to Yelp to assist with the process.  I chose Pink Plumbing because they received so many good reviews and rightfully so.  It's always a gamble when you pick a company that you have no knowledge of.  Unfortunately, I have had issues with roots in my pipes for years.  The pipe finally collapsed and I had to have it dug up and repaired.  Literally, the next day Chris is his crew (who are all amazing) were out the very next day repairing it.  They finished in just a few hours and did an amazing job.  Of course, no one wants an expensive problem but I can tell you I checked their quote against other companies and they were the best price.  Great work & GREAT people.  I highly recommend!

We reached out to Diamondback as we were having a hard time finding a plumber that could take care of a rather large job. We had a major leak in the pipe that connected from the street meter to our house. It was the old polybutelene piping. We were hoping to have the entire pipe replaced as this material was recalled years ago. We got turned down from multiple plumbers as they did not want to take on such a big job.

The front office staff was so kind when working to schedule our appointment. We got a free quote from Chad and he got us on the schedule within a couple of days.

Dane showed up promptly on the scheduled date, dug a trench in our yard to re run the new piping and even moved the line so that it would be more convenient and help us save some significant costs (we would have had to tear up our whole driveway).

Dane and his teammate completed the job in two days as we originally anticipated, cleaned up any messes and educated us on the new lines run. We are so thankful for Diamondback as they saved our butts. They did quality work and within budget.

Needed a kitchen faucet replaced. Richard F. arrived early and finished the job quickly -- will use Hansen as my go-to for any future plumbing needs.

They repaired a very complicated drainage issue under the foundation.  We also had them install the surround shower and tub.

Initially we did not have a great tech at the time the problem was diagnosed.  However they made that right in so many ways by sending out a great team for the repair.

I am late in posting this review - but 2 years later everything is running PERFECTLY!

Came to my home to verify what a plumber that I didn't really trust quoted me. First off, they were very responsive. At late hours of the night they would answer all my plumbing questions and clarified things the other plumber would tell me. Came to my home and looked at my sewer lines with his camera to confirm that the main sewer line was damaged. The entire time, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and was helpful. He advised me to wait until the main sewer line was dug up before going through with anything. His second opinion gave me peace of mind, and I definitely recommend Scottsdale rooter to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable plumber.

I called Bumble Bee last night and Ken was here first thing this morning! He quickly assessed the problem and fixed it.  He was incredibly nice and professional.  Will definitely use Bumble Bee for all of my plumbing needs!

My water pressure was low. They came early and fixed it at a very reasonable price! Nick and his colleague, can't recall his name, they were very professional and fixed everything properly. They are my go to for anything Prumbing!

On the afternoon of the day of the appointment I received a text with a photo and name of the plumber on route to me.

Gregg was great, he quickly checked out my water filtration & softener systems, educated me on them and attended to an outside leak that had pushed to contact a service. He had to source a part which meant a second trip but we worked with my schedule with texts and setting up a return visit,

Between the quick response from their online presence, easiness of making and appointments, great use of technology, excellent service and great reviews; ProSkill has become my new go to company for any plumbing and air related.

Additionally, they just added insulation as a new service, I'll be talking to them about scheduling a visit here soon.

Dave is timely, efficient and skilled and responsive to text messages and very timely. He communicated when he would be arriving and to explained everything that needs to be done and very fair pricing the repairs were done. We highly recommend Somers plumbing and will be using them for future needs!

Best of the best! We needed to get our water softener removed and pipe bounding done. Very quickly I heard back from Dianna, who scheduled an appointment for the following day to get a quote. Brian came out on time, even sent a message notifying us that he was en route. He evaluated the work needed to be done, provided us a quote and was back few days later to get is all done. Hands one one of the most professional, friendly and honest services around!

Not sure about other plumbers but Eden is the best I've seen. He has been out several times and is all about saving his customers money! A lot of companies up charge! He is honest and lets you know the facts so you can decide! Solid company and solid guy!

I just met with Garrod and I am incredibly happy with the service provided! I am pretty clueless when it comes to plumbing around the house. Our water softener was giving us an alert so I found this company on Yelp, wanting to make sure that it was not anything that I should be concerned about. The woman that answered the phone was very nice, and was able to get someone to come out the same afternoon for a free inspection. Garrod explained to me what the alert meant, and then went through several things I should keep an eye on around the house. He was not pushy at all- I did not feel at all like he was trying to sell me anything.
This is my first review on here and I felt the need to create an account just to give them a review. I am a true believer in the power of great customer service and would highly recommend them!

Phenomenal company to work with! Courteous and prompt service with the initial call at 6pm...and best of all, NO COST for your diagnosis! Luciano arrived within an hour, located the problem, and got it all taken care of.

I had a leak from an upstairs shower that seeped down to the first floor ceiling and possibly down the first floor wall. I called Lawson Family Plumbing based on what seemed like legit Yelp reviews.

They answered the phone right away. No message with, We'll call you back when we have time. Then they scheduled someone for later that day!

Daryl came and what a nice man. Down to business but just really genuine and no b.s.  Luckily he was there before the restoration company the insurance company sent out left. Daryl took about 5 ten minutes to inspect the shower, took a hard look. He then acquiesced to my request he huddle with the restoration guys and he said, I don't think this is a plumbing problem. I think the water is getting through the cracks of the tile joints. That was exactly the opinion of the other company.

I was so grateful he didn't just try to make money and ask for permission to start removing tiles, etc. not only was he honest, but he and Lawson Family Plumbing did not even charge a fee!!!! EVERYBODY charges an outlandish service fee even if they don't do anything!

Do yourself a favor. USE THESE GUYS!

Richard was punctual, he diagnosed the leak quickly and correctly, beat the best competitors quote and the work he performed left the area cleaner than when he arrived.

I must say that I am impressed with the owner of this company.  After my post yesterday, he called me and left me a message to call him.  I was very busy yesterday, however, even if I wasn't, I still would not have called him back because I didn't want anything  (I told him this as well).  I wasn't looking for financial compensation or anything, I was just frustrated with the circumstances and wanted others to know to be careful.   We own three businesses ourselves and understand mistakes happen, however, as per my previous posting, I was not happy with the way everyone but Steve had handled the situation.  Today, July 22, Steve and Chris (the owner) came by my store first thing.  I was shocked, but completely impressed.  The owner wanted to make things right.  He apologized profusely and told me the changes they were going to implement to ensure these issues don't happen in the future and offered a complementary 2 year service plan for the troubles I had.  As mentioned, I was not looking for any compensation, and I told him that it wasn't necessary, but he insisted.  I was very happy to see a business owner take ownership of the mistakes.  He could have just left things as they were, but actually coming to see me in person showed me just how much he cares about his business.  So many people who own businesses loose sight of these things and Chris has not.  Handling staff can be a headache, especially during busy times, however, it's what the company does to resolve issues I believe that sets them apart, and Chris has now set his business apart for me and I will refer many people to their company because of Steve and Chris.  Thank-you again Chris and Steve, I am very impressed with the way you have handled things for me.

Had our backyard sump pump fail (kept tripping the GFCI). Called King Plumbing, Heating and AC and Ulises came out fast to give me an estimate on the repairs/replacement. He was very courteous and offered suggestions etc on how to remedy the situation. After all the parts came in Ulises came out again to do the repairs/replacement of the sump pump and I was amazed by the attention to detail and cleanliness. He kept me informed during the repair process and let me know tips on future maintenance of the sump pump in order to increase longevity.

Once the job was done, Ulises cleaned up and verified the sump pump performance to my satisfaction.

Overall, I would not hesitate to reach out to Ulises and King Plumbing, Heating and AC again in the future.
